Item was customized. One shoe was absolutely perfect, the other had aleft side eyelets off by 1 cm. Seller made excuses how this was due to the customization and not bad measuring. The shoes were exactly what I was looking for, but the eyelets being so far off made the shoes look and feel so asymmetric. I felt guilted for pointing out the massive flaws with the custom order, seller tried to downplay. Something about not being able to offer customization. As if I was to blame for him accepting the order and their craftspeople making a mistake. No replacement, even with me offering to pay extra. Ok. Had to remind about the refund a month later, which he did. Seller now reached out with angry negative attitude after this review, even though I offered to adjust it, telling me to not return. Intimidating and combative attitude.
