The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-3 business days*. But usually we do everything possible to send your order as far as possible.
*BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday.

The delivery time depends on:
– your location;
– peculiarities of customs clearance of parcels in your country;
– how fast your post-office officials work.

The delivery from Ukraine usually takes 1-3 weeks, but in some cases the delivery time can take up to 1,5-2 months (see the reasons above). Please take this into account when placing an order.
After sending your order, we will provide you with a tracking number of the parcel so that you can check its delivery status yourself.

In case of cancellation or return for any reason except our fault, I return only 80% due to nonrefundable commissions.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item will be exchanged. Exchange can be possible only after we receive an original product in good condition.

How to wash and care for items made of natural fabrics correctly?
Our clothes will always look tidy and presentable, perfectly fit before and after washing, if you follow some rules. 🙏🏻
1. The first thing to do is to read the recommendations on the label. All the information is listed on the tags inside, which can be easily cut off. The labels are sewn on the piece of fabric for your comfort, so that nothing distracts you and does not disturb you during training.
2. Pay attention to the temperature of the water. Washing at 30* is the maximum recommended temperature. If the clothes are washed in too hot water, they will shrink and may fade on light colored inserts or embroidery. Natural fabrics tend to shrink and shed at high temperatures.

3. Use the laundry powder for its intended use. For white fabrics, it is worth buying a pack with granules that contain a non-aggressive bleach, such as oxygen bleach. Detergents for colored fabrics add special substances that help maintain bright colors.
4. Do not overlook the intensity of washing. Cotton is not desirable to rub hard, twist, as well as with force to wring. Otherwise the fibers will quickly lose their strength. We recommend the washing machine be kept to a minimum, or that it be lightly ironed or evened out on a gentle cycle in the tumble dryer.

Terms of delivery are always changing and depend on the postal service. I will try to do my best that you receive the parcel as quickly as possible. The maximum terms are indicated in my shop, but more often it should be faster than the specified period. The seller is not responsible for the operation of the mail. Sometimes mail may be delayed due to holidays or weather conditions. Sometimes parcels are delayed and lost due to the fault of the postal item, but the seller is not responsible for the work of the postal service.
