EDIT: Item that was ordered FEB 5th arrived MAR 30th. No longer need after two months waiting. Sought refund, was refused. Told replacement was conditioned on changing my 1 star review. So sour from this whole transaction Necklace is fine. Looks like the pictures. Item never arrived. Ordered on February 5th. It is March 14th and still nothing. Seller says 'the item has been dispatched from our end we are not at the fault here' Well ok, but I paid for the item, and I have nothing. Save your money and buy from a reputable vendor in country. Sigh. Now March 20th. No updated tracking. No refund. No item.
EDIT: Currently working with seller to exchange this beautiful necklace. Will update to appropriate positive review when transaction is resolved. Thank you. 'm very disappointed with this purchase. I contacted the seller to ask for a replacement (not a return) because the necklace clasp was rough and scratched my neck. The response was '...so sorry we have new employees' and then said it was easy to fix. Just use scissors! I told them it would be impossible for me to do that because I'm older and I shake and have poor eyesight. They never responded. The necklace is pretty but I cannot wear something that scratches my skin.
