ORDERING

All cake toppers are made to order so may have some differences. Sizes can vary, although I do try and keep them similar with each order differences can occur. If you need specific sizes just let me know so I can ensure they’re made to your requirements. Any changes you want to make is completely fine, just send a message. If you’d like more or extra items such as name plaques, flowers, matching cupcake toppers etc. have a look at the other listings in the shop or send a message with your requirements for a quote.

Custom orders are welcomed. Many characters and themes can be made.

DELIVERY

Once your cake topper is made and dry, it will be packaged to be delivered. Standard delivery times vary. If you need your order urgently please contact us for the latest delivery times.

If there are any parts of your topper that require support a cocktail/spaghetti stick will be attached. Occasionally cocktail sticks are supplied for you to use if required using the pre made holes in the toppers. All you have to do is easily attach it back together in the holes already made.

They need time to be made and dry before being shipped. Timescales can vary depending how busy I am with orders. Please provide the date of your event so I can ensure you will receive it in time

COLOURS

Generally they will be like the photos. If there are several examples and you’d like specific colours just let me know.

STORAGE

Cake toppers are made out of fondant, although they are edible they will be set harder than soft fondant. They’re best used before 4 months though will last much longer if stored correctly (I still have cake toppers as keepsakes from when my children’s Christening cakes).

Once received open your parcel and unwrap your toppers and lay flat. If you’re not using them straight away just store flat in a non-airtight container in a cool dry place. A cardboard box is ideal. Ideally with a lid to keep clean. You can store them like this if saving as a keepsake too.

Do not put in the fridge as they may go soft and sticky. If you are in a high humidity area if stored too long they may go soft. They’re still fine to use just be aware. A dehumidifier will help if you have one.

Fondant:
Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Palm Oil, Water, Humectant (Glycerol), Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum, Carboxy Methyl Cellulose), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flavouring. May contain nuts.
