How do I access my files?

1- Log in to your Etsy account. 2- Click on "Your account" (next to the cart icon). 3- Click on "Purchases and review." 4- Find the order. Click on "Download Files". 5- The PDF file will be in your "Downloads" folder on your computer. 6- Open the PDF and follow the instructions to download your high-res images.

Why is my download a PDF and not jpgs?

Due to file size restrictions on Etsy, sometimes your files will be delivered in the form of a ZIP file or a PDF file with a link to a Google Drive where you can download your files. This way, you will get the highest quality prints.

How do I open the ZIP files?

To open the ZIP file, right click on the file and select extract file. That will create a new folder where your JPG files are located.

What sizes do you offer?

Each print comes with 4 high-resolution 300dpi JPG files with different ratios that can fit into the following frames: 2x3 ratio file for printing: 4x6”, 6x9”, 8x12”, 10x15”, 12x18”, 16x24”, 20x30”, 24x36” 3x4 ratio file for printing: 6x8”, 9x12”, 12x16”, 15x20”, 18x24”, 24x32” 4x5 ratio file for printing: 4x5”, 8x10”, 12x15”, 16x20”, 20x25”, 24x30” 11x14 ratio file for printing: 11x14” If the image is a square, you will only receive one high-resolution 300dpi JPG, which will print in sizes up to 24"x24".
