The shop owner was easy to communicate with and the product is beautiful. I’m just disappointed that the lettering on the cloud magnets is simply a clear sticker that has been printed on. I thought it was more like thermal lamination sticker from the photos. The sides of some of the magnets have little gold edging - also disappointing, while others are fully edged with the gold coloring. They were packaged very well and beautiful presentation. There was a minor shipping delay from the seller but the shop owner made up for the delay.
