We will accept Return items if they meet the following:
- Contact me within 3 days after receipt and Ship items back within 14 days
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original labels attached
- Items must be sent back to our address in Ukraine

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I can’t say enough good things about this dress and the shop!! The dress is beautiful and so well made, it fits me great but maybe just a few alterations but I expected that! Irene in customer service was wonderful to work with and she answered all my questions and got everything they needed from me to make my dress perfect! I sent a picture of the neckline I wanted and they made it happen! I can’t wait to wear my dress on my wedding day!🥹🩷 If you’re thinking about buying a dress from them, do it!!

I needed this dress in a short amount of time for my wedding and it was PERFECT. I wanted to add sleeves and the seller was more than accommodating. The dress fit perfectly. Only complaint if I had one would be that the glitter is not shed free and it definitely gets everywhere but that’s generally expected with glitter! Overall this was an absolutely gorgeous and amazing dress that will fit like a GLOVE. Love love loved it!!
