We bought a seating chart board for our wedding, and the first was slightly damaged and also had some mispelled names. However, the seller worked with us quickly to fix and replace. Unfortunately, then we received someone else's order and they ours. We then had to wait more time for another shipment, but I will say the seller was always kind and worked with us to get us the item. So, many hiccups, but the seller communication was great, and once we received final product it's lovely.
