Current production time is 5-7 business days. This does not include shipping time and is the time that it takes me to create your item. Whenever possible, I will ship orders early but please plan on the full processing time. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your item has shipped.

If the incorrect shipping address has been entered, please contact me asap. I can manually change your address as long as the item hasn't yet been shipped. Once shipped, I will not be able to help with incorrect addresses.

Please allow 24-72 business hours for tracking information to be updated with USPS. Your item has been shipped. Please note, USPS is still experiencing delays in updating information and estimated delivery dates may be delayed. Unfortunately, shipping delays are out of my hands and I sincerely appreciate your patience!

If your item tracks as "in transit" or "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please reach out to your local post office to report a lost package.

Beginning August 1, 2022, Etsy's Purchase Protection Program will cover lost or damaged orders in the mail under $250. File an Etsy claim and they will assist you in receiving a refund on qualifying orders.

Due to the "made to order" nature of my business, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. Customer service is extremely important to me and I want you to love your items! If you have any issues whatsoever, please contact me right away so I can correct the problem.

I exclusively use premium Colored Organics blanks. Everything sold in the shop is 100% certified GOTS organic cotton and buttery soft. For sizing information, please see the included size chart in the listing photos.

All designs are created by me and applied with a high-quality DTF transfer and a professional heat press to ensure softness and durability.

-Machine wash inside out in cold water on the gentle cycle with like colors
-Hang or tumble dry
-Iron inside out on low heat
-Do not bleach
