What is a mockup frame?

A mockup is a digital image designed to show your art, posters, printable graphics, illustrations, paintings and more in the styled setting. No physical product will be shipped.

Will you refund my order?

Due to the nature of digital products, returns or refunds are not possible. Please ask us any questions before purchasing. If you have any problem, let us know and we will help you with it.

Custom and personalised orders

A lot of my products exceed Etsy's file size limit, so your initial download from Etsy will contain a link to download your actual product using Google Drive.

Can you help me with using a PSD file?

Each mockup file comes with a PDF instruction sheet, with simple guidance that will help you create your designs in no time when using Photoshop!

I don't have Photoshop. Can I still use your mockups?

Absolutely. You can use the PSD files on free platforms such as Photopea. The JPG files can be used in any program editors that are compatible with a jpeg file, such as Canva. Unfortunately I am unable to advise how to use the files in software other than Photoshop, so please ensure you are familiar with them before you purchase.
