My turnaround changes seasonally depending on the length of the queue. However, my current turnaround is under “Estimated Delivery,” listed below this description. That is always current and up-to-date.


- O P T I O N S -

House Only Option: This option is for the house only with white space around the structure. This is a great option to showcase a house while removing unsightly surroundings.

Full Scene Option: This is a full-scene painting showcasing the structure and the surrounding scenery. This is an excellent option for properties with large trees.


- S I Z E -

I offer a variety of sizes. You can find those options and pricing in this page’s “OPTIONS” menu.


- M A T T E D -

Your piece will come professionally matted with a high-quality, smooth, double-white mat and backing board, ready to slip into a frame. Art is mounted using all acid-free materials, ensuring your unique piece’s longevity.

5x7 is matted to fit an 8x10 frame
8x10 is matted to fit an 11x14 frame
11x14 is matted to fit a 16x20 frame
16x20 is matted to fit a 20x24 frame


- P H O T O S -

I will need at least one picture of the COMPLETE STRUCTURE (and any additional elements you want) showing at the EXACT ANGLE you wish me to paint it. Closeup photos of the door are also beneficial but not required.

I am not currently accepting the following types of commissions...
• Pet or people additions
• Painting at a different angle than what is depicted in the photo
• Photographs that cut off parts of the house or other key elements you want to be painted
• Removal of trees/bushes that are covering critical elements of the house. If this may be the case with your photograph, please feel free to message me before purchasing, and I can assess it for you.

▶ Placement Proof - This is a digital structural proof so that we can get the correct size, elements, and placement on the paper
▶ Pencil Sketch Proof - This is where changes need to be made. Once the pigment is laid down, very little can be changed.
