We use USPS as our shipping carrier and have a lot of success with them generally. Even though we have a wonderful relationship with them it must be stated: We are not responsible for what they do, how fast they take on delivery, or if they make a mistake on your delivery. CHANGE OF ADDRESS: Buyer is responsible for verifying the correct shipping address at check out. Please verify that the address is correct. We are a high-volume shop and ship to the address YOU PROVIDED in good faith. You can change your address in the system if your order had not shipped in YOUR USER ACCOUNT SETTINGS.

Can I change a arrival date once I place my order?

NOTES: ALL NOTES that change the scope of the delivery date and material details about items being sold will be IGNORED. Sellers typically KNOW how long it will take to produce an item and find it particularly insulting when someone wants to wistfully leave a note changing the scope of what is being sold. All delivery modes are FIXED and can not be changed after the order is placed. Orders with a note attached proposing a date that is unrealistic contrary to what is stated and offered on the listing will be IGNORED and filled AS ORIGINALLY OFFERED. Please do not try to change delivery transit time via notes. We do not have the ability to change transit times because the order is delivered 2nd party which IS: USPS or Intl. Shipping.

What are your food preparation protocols?

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS USED IN PREPARING THIS FOOD: 1) Dehydrators are broken down and thoughtfully cleaned and chemically disinfected before use. We then RUN the dehydrator until hot and dry, to provide a second sterilization process before use. All knives and cutting boards are sterilized at every use. 2) We choose ONLY fresh fruit and wash them before use, includes inspecting them / discarding any that are not fresh. These fruits are then carefully sliced and never left unattended before going into the sterile dehydrator. 3) Every piece is checked multiple times ensuring that the product is completely DRY. 4) All dried fruit is never left unattended / immediately bagged. 5) All fruit is processed indoors using safety protocols.

Can I get an order rushed?

Typically, I try to get orders out as soon as they come in. This tends to make every order a rush order. If you have a particular emergency, feel free to message me and I can try to help. There is no guarantee that I can adjust beyond what I already do. Consider that I most likely have other clients that I am serving who wants their items yesterday also. Please message me and I will try my best. PLEASE NOTE: Paying for upgraded shipping DOES NOT change my processing time... it only adjusts your transit time. I generally try to speed things up free of charge because I am grateful for my clients.

Can you PICK out the larger prettier ones for my order?

^^ NOTE: This has ACTUALLY been asked!! ^^ Realistically: This does not need asking because I select only the best to ship out AND usually include some extra pieces (more on large orders typically over ONE POUND) JUST IN CASE. I just want to point out that It's extremely unfair to other customers to pick. Nooooo there will be no "Picking". PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO DESCRITIONS WHEN ORDERING!!! < In capital letters. If you want photo-ready slices or have a project coming up PLEASE MESSAGE ME to tell me so I can assure that you get everything you hoped for. If you buy a low-grade econo package of garnish I HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING (yelling for the people in the back) whether you are making ART or a cup of TEA!!! COMMUNICATE, PLZ -

Can I change the color and size of my item using Notes to shop

***** ALL NOTES that change the scope of the delivery date and material details about items being sold will be IGNORED. ****** I welcome and reward new ideas. If you have an idea or want something in a different color MESSAGE the shop before you order. Please do not put it in notes. (This has become a pet peeve.) EXAMPLE NOTES: (It's Tuesday) "I need this by Thursday" - NOPE. When you select shipping you can see or lookup when the item is expected to arrive. For further details see www.usps.com Add the transit time to the processing time TOGETHER. THIS RESULT will tell you more likely when you will get your delivery. (It's listed in blue) "Purple please" - NOPE. In this case please message the shop, we'd love to hear from you.

Are you responsible if the post office fails to deliver my order?

We ship all orders in good faith that USPS will deliver your package. Due to COVID 19 the post office has changed its operations. We are in the apothecary & quality floral products business. We are not USPS, we USE USPS. Per Etsy we are not responsible for 3rd parties. All Magnolia Floral customers are free to upgrade their shipping, or secure a private label with another carrier in order to get their shipment by customer's deadline. If you provide an alternate label with a tracking number we will use that label and refund you 100% of your shipping charges.

FEEDBACK AND REFUND EXTORTION

Due to Covid 19 we have seen an increase of good buyers deciding to turn to extortion to eek just a little more out of their purchase. Our advice: DON'T DO IT. Feedback extortion is when a buyer uses negative feedback and claims to get free products, forcing the shop to offer a good or service on top of what is being offered in the listing, or holding the seller responsible for third party actions for cash back or free goods.
