If you have any questions or concerns, please refer to the FAQ's below;

❤️ Orders:

~ How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

~ How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.

❤️ Returns:

~ What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at pebbleandbirchco [!at] gmail.com!

~ Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at pebbleandbirchco [!at] gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

~ Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing chart included in the product images for each listing.

❤️ This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

*Please note: many of the products in our shop have a visual "distressing" effect incorporated into the design to give the look of a washed and worn garment. This is intentional and not the result of a printing mistake or product defect. We encourage you to look closely at all product images.

❤️ All of our t-shirts are printed on short-sleeve, super soft Bella Canvas 3001 shirts unless stated otherwise. If you would like the design to be printed on a long-sleeve shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie or other style shirt, please contact us and we'll gladly accommodate you!
