Shipping Policy - Delivery Times

All items are shipped through the Etsy platform using either USPS or FedEx. Please allow 3 – 7 business days for delivery. If you need your order sooner, please contact our shop prior to your order, and we can arrange for expedited shipping at your cost.

Shipping Policy - Tracking Shows Delivered but Package Not Received

Shipping is a 3rd-party service. Once an order leaves our shop it is in the hands of the shipping carrier, and we have no control over timely delivery, loss, or damage. Once we have shipped your package, you should receive an e-mail from Etsy with the tracking number which you can use to track your package. If you do not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. We are not responsible for and will not reship or refund orders that track as delivered. You must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues. We cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.

Shipping Policy - Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If items are returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid for your items to be re-sent to a new address. Once an item is shipped the shipping address cannot be changed. We are not responsible for any items after they leave our facility. If an item is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, the buyer must contact the shipping company to resolve any shipping issues or file any claims with that shipping company so the item can arrive safely to them. Once it leaves our shop, we cannot be responsible for any item not being delivered as it is then out of our hands and shipped to the address that was provided at checkout.

Shipping Policy - Contact Info

For delivery issues on products with USPS tracking, please contact 1-800-222-1811 or your local post office; for products with FedEx tracking, please contact 1-800-463-3339.

Returns and Exchanges

Since all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns on items. We work very hard to make sure you are happy with your purchase so please contact our shop if you have any problems with your product.
