Where can I find my digital files?

You can download the files anytime from your Etsy account at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases For non Etsy members (guests), You'll find a link to download in the Etsy receipt email

Can I edit the files I have purchased?

Unless stated otherwise, the files I sell are not editable.

I purchased on a phone, but I can't download my files.

You can purchase digital products through the Etsy app, but you can only download files from a desktop computer or a laptop, not from a mobile device.

I have a problem downloading my files.

Please contact me if you are having trouble downloading files and I will email them to you.

You can print Your files at home or at a local print shop.

For printing at home:

● Open PDF with Adobe Reader (download it for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader)
● Print "Actual size". Do not select "fit to page" as it will distort the template dimensions.
● For best results, I recommend printing on heavy card stock paper.
● Due to differences in monitor and printer calibrations, colors may appear different in print than on screen. The final print quality will depend on the printer and paper used.
