Custom and personalized orders

We would love to make something just for you! You can start the process by clicking the “Message the seller” button on any listing in our shop. Please note that our turnaround time on custom orders can be anywhere from 1-2 weeks up to 5-6 weeks depending on demand, but we always do our best to get orders out the door quickly. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges so we ask our customers to double-check all of the details before purchasing their custom listing. Once a custom listing is purchased, we cannot make changes or adjustments to the order.

Stuffing Your Pillow Cover

Your pillow cover will accommodate an insert up to 1"-2" larger than the cover size. We encourage you to use care when stuffing your pillow cover. We reinforce our zipper seams, but applying too much pressure can rip the seams. To fill, fold your insert in half and gently pull the cover over the insert, then gently straighten the insert before zipping the cover closed. Wool pillow covers: To prolong the life of your pillow covers, we recommend dry cleaning as needed. Outdoor pillow covers: To clean, brush off loose dirt and spray your pillow cover with a solution of water and mild soap. Use a soft bristle brush to clean, rinse thoroughly until all soap residue is removed, and air dry. All other items: Spot clean as needed.

We accept returns and exchanges on non-custom items in original, unused condition. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Repairs start at $15 per pillow cover + shipping. Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

This pillow cover is made with Pendleton® wool in the Raleigh Plaid, which is a gray, blue, cream plaid with deep green-brown accents, backed with solid cream Pendleton wool. An exposed metal zipper runs along the bottom seam and all corners are reinforced with double stitching.

Pattern Placement: Exact pattern placement may vary, but we take care to place the design proportionally for a beautiful pillow cover in any size.

Pillow Inserts: Pillow inserts not included. In the photos, the 12"x18" pillow cover is shown with a 13"x19" pillow insert and the 18"x18" pillow cover is shown with a 20"x20" pillow insert.

Matching a blanket? These pillow covers are made with the same material as Pendleton's Motor Robe in Raleigh Plaid.

Processing Time: Select sizes are ready to ship while others are made to order. Please check the delivery estimates for the size(s) you plan to purchase, and message us if you have questions about the processing time for your order.

Shipping: We ship U.S. orders via USPS. International shipping is also available, and we encourage international shoppers to review our shipping policy prior to purchasing.

Care instructions: To prolong the life of your pillow cover, we recommend dry cleaning as needed.

OUR PROCESS

We're a mother-and-daughter team based just outside of Portland, Oregon. Each piece in our shop is handmade by Joan and then styled and photographed by Katie. We work exclusively with Pendleton® wool and Pendleton® x Sunbrella® outdoor fabric. We source our material directly from Pendleton® Woolen Mills, a company known for its strong community involvement and high-quality wool woven right here in the Pacific Northwest. We’re inspired by the rich colors and textures of Oregon and we're grateful to honor the heritage of this area in our products.
