I am Scotland based portrait artist who is currently accepting commissions.
To produce the best possible portrait for you I will need good quality photographs with good lighting and contrast. Outdoor photographs generally work the best do to their hi-contrast and sharp focus. I cannot work from tiny images or photographs that are blurry, with no shadow, no detail, no "studio portraits" please. Don't worry about the background or what else in the shot, the best are when the subject is at their most natural and not smiling. More than one photograph of the subject is perfect, as I can then get an over all image.

This listing is for a portrait featuring single figure in either outdoors or in light-filled interiors. Anything larger, smaller or with more than one subjects is considered a special order. Please contact me with your requirements and I’ll give you a quote.

Dimensions to be chosen, according to the configuration of the model :

* 16" x 12" - 40x30 cm
* 13" x 16" - 33x41cm
* 11" x 16" - 27x41cm

Initial payment : 50%

Before delivery, photographs of the portrait will be emailed to you for your final approval. I will make any necessary final adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
I will do everything possible to create the perfect painting for you and your loved one.

Your painting will be shipped when it has been completed and has had sufficient time to dry.

The actual time it takes will depend upon how many orders I have at the time, and on the size and complexity of the painting. I try to ship orders within 4 to 6 weeks.

The portrait is spectacular. Evelyn is a very talented portrait artist and the portrait turned out beautifully. The figures have a great warmth and depth and she was able to capture the personality of the children.
