✧ Before cleaning, remove all the items from bag. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

✧ Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F); Non-chlorine: bleach as needed
✧ Tumble dry: medium heat
✧ Do not iron directly over the printed area - print may stick to the iron.

Due to the nature of these items and that they are made to order, we do not accept returns - only exchanges. Please be sure to review the size charts provided in the photos to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

Exchanges/Refunds will only be made if a mistake is made on your order (e.g. wrong size/color was sent). Send us a message within 48 hours of receiving your order regarding any damage (with a picture of the item) or concerns with your order, as we are happy to help.

SHIPPING
✧ Our items are individually made with love for each of our buyers. Because of this, our processing time is 3-7 business days (depending on order volume) plus transit time, but typically much faster. We know our customers want their items as quickly as possible!

✧ We use USPS standard shipping that includes a tracking number. You will receive a notification with your tracking info when your order is shipped.

✧ If you need to change your shipping address, contact me IMMEDIATELY (within 24 hours from when you ordered). Incorrect shipping addresses cannot be changed after your order begins fulfillment.
