We ship most items in 1-5 days. Please check the shipping tab to see if the item you are looking at is an exemption to that. We ship through the US Postal service or UPS, and most packages go ground advantage or priority, with a few going UPS.

We have decided to no longer ship internationally. International shipping has extra complexities and a higher rate of shipping/customs issue, as well as extra laws we need to comply with to ship to some countries.

If an item is defective or incorrect we will replace or refund; simply contact us and we can discuss the option that works best for you. If you would like to return an item because it wasn't what you needed, just email for an authorization before returning any item(s). We will not accept nor be responsible for returns that we did not authorize. We do not accept returns of videos or DVDs, unless defective. Special order parts in most cases cannot be returned. Returns of in-stock items in re-saleable condition will receive a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling) if the return is made within thirty days of purchase.
