What is your cancellation policy

If you absolutely need to cancel your order, please do so within 1 hour of order. Custom orders present challenges when it comes to cancellations as I print these on demand and do not hold inventory that can be resold especially when it has been fulfilled correctly. Nonetheless, contact me and I will do my best to make it right and ensure you are happy.

What is your refund and return policy

Due to the uniqueness of the product, I will not be able to accept refunds or returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and I'll work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction is my goal and I will do everything I can to make it happen.
