Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the order being canceled by the seller.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Effective on January 1st, 2025: Incorrect Shipping Address: Refunds will no longer be issued for orders where the buyer has provided an incorrect shipping address. Custom and personalized orders

All earrings are finished with either a ball post, huggies, or hooks. If you have a specific preference, please let Peach Panda Treasures know. For example, if a product photo shows earrings with a ball post, you will receive the earrings with a ball post unless you request hooks instead. Simply leave a note in the "Order Notes" section during checkout to specify your preference. Polymer Clay Color and Metal Finish Options: Buyers can request polymer clay earrings in a different color than shown in the product photo. Additionally, if the earrings are displayed with a gold finish (e.g., gold ball post, hooks, or jump rings), you can request a silver finish. Please leave a note during checkout with your request. What shipping services do you provide?

At the moment, I only ship via USPS first class mail. Priority mail shipping is also available at an extra cost.

Missing/Incorrect Order

If the order has not arrived by the EDD (Estimated Date Delivery) you can do one of the options: 1) Contact Peach Panda's Treasure and your order will be tracked down by the seller. 2) Please check the status of your order via the tracking number for an update on the EDD. 3) Check to make sure that you provided the correct shipping address. If you provided the wrong shipping address, please refer to our Returns/Refunds/Exchanges Policy. If you received an incorrect/missing item contact Peach Panda's Treasures for a replacement or refund. For incorrect items, we provide a return label. Once we received the item, we will ship out the replacement or provide a refund.

When are orders process and ship?

Etsy provides a "SHIPPING BY DATE" and also an "ESTIMATED DELIVERY/ARRIVAL DATE," please do not confuse the two dates. Shipping by date is the estimated date when your order is shipped or dropped off at the post office. All orders will be dropped off weekly on Fridays. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be times when I am unable to ship orders at the end of the week. Depending on the weekly volume of orders, customers may be contacted directly about shipping delays, but please follow my store and stay up to date with the shop announcements. All shipping delays or anything urgent related to my store will always be announced.

Why is it that I received a tracking number, but it shows no activity?

If you received a tracking number and it shows no activity or that USPS is awaiting item, then I have not dropped off your order. This is because I process all the shipping labels before I work on the orders--doing this helped save me time when it comes to packing and putting everything together. Additionally, I dropped off all my packages at the same time. Please see my shop policies for more info on when I drop off packages.

My order arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?

Yes. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Peach Panda’s Treasures within 3 days of delivery. In your message, please include clear photos of the damaged item(s). Once reviewed, you will be provided with a return shipping label. Please mail the damaged item(s) back using the original packaging. After we receive the returned item(s), a replacement will be shipped to you or refund will be provided. If no activity is shown on the provided return tracking number within 5 days of the label being issued, the replacement may be delayed or the request will be canceled.

-Pink and green Hmong leng skirt: 46 inches wides and 17.5 inches long

Note:
The threads used to keep the pleats on the Chinese skirt broke off because there was too much tension. So, I had to repleat it and willing to let it go at a much cheaper price (about a quarter of what I paid my vendor).
