Custom and personalized orders

I do not accept returns on personalized or any bulk orders, but if you have an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will work with you to find a solution!

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not offer gift wrapping/packaging, but would be more than happy to send a gift note with your order!

Returns/Refunds on damaged or lost items

I will not send refunds or replacements until all of the insurance requirements are met. That includes photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging (inside and out), the customer will have to fill out an affidavit to verify the claim for the damage or loss, and if required, will need a 3rd party to verify the damage to the item cannot be fixed. Absolutely no exceptions! Please contact me as soon as you notice your item is damaged or may be missing so I can file the claim in a timely manner.

I offer free shipping on orders $79.99 and above. This exclude/does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

Return/Exhange Policies

I currently do not accept returns, but if you have a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me. If I decide to accept a return for your order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. The original shipping cost will be deducted off of the total refund. I also charge a 20% restock fee if nothing is physically wrong or damaged with the item. ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: - any order totaling $79.99 or over or any handmade wooden items since they are custom made - any order that I had to buy/make a custom color for - ANY HOLIDAY DECOR

Do we make all of our items?

We make all of our wooden items and can customize them. We are also a custom refinishing shop for all of our metal items which we source out from various sources.

If the customer does not purchase our shipping insurance, none will be added when we ship out the order. If the customer does not purchase the insurance, we will not be responsible for replacing and damaged or lost items.
