Do you accept returns for custom and personalized items?

Because every personalized item is handmade specifically for each customer, I do not accept returns or refunds for custom or personalized orders. If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact me, and I’ll always do my best to help. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I see a preview before my order is shipped? Yes. For many personalized designs, I’m happy to provide a preview upon request before production begins. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Custom and personalized orders

How long does production take? Each piece is handmade to order. Production usually takes 1 - 3 business days, although during holidays or busy periods it may take slightly longer.

Where do you ship from?

All jewelry is handcrafted in Jerusalem, Israel. Orders are carefully packaged and shipped worldwide using reliable shipping partners.

What if I order the wrong ring size?

If you ordered an incorrect size, please get in touch with me. In many cases, I can help by offering a replacement at a discounted price or another suitable solution.

Can I order by a specific date?

If you need your order for a special occasion, please get in touch with me before placing your order. I’ll gladly advise whether your requested delivery date is achievable and, if needed, recommend the best shipping option.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely. If you have a special idea, feel free to contact me. I'll be happy to discuss creating a unique custom piece just for you.

Where is my package if tracking says "Label Created"?

International orders are prepared and dispatched from my workshop first. Depending on the shipping service, tracking may not update until the package reaches the next processing facility. If you have any concerns, please contact me, and I’ll be happy to check the shipment for you.

Handcrafted from genuine 925 Sterling Silver in our family workshop in Israel, finished in sterling silver, 24K gold plating or rose gold plating. Sterling silver is durable enough for daily wear and will not lose its shape.

How do I find my ring size?
US sizes 3 to 15 are available. If you are unsure, measure a ring that already fits you, or message me before ordering and I will help you work it out.

Is the gold real gold?
The ring is genuine 925 sterling silver. The gold and rose gold options are plating over that silver, not solid gold.

Can men wear it?
Yes. The band suits men and women, and the full size range goes up to US 15.

Will the silver darken over time?
Sterling silver can darken with skin contact, which is normal for the metal. A silver polishing cloth or cleaner brings the shine back.

Can I have something engraved inside?
Yes. The inside of the band can be engraved with up to 15 characters, in Hebrew or in English. Tick the engraving box on this page and type your text there.
