Do you offer Custom Palettes?

Yes, I have listings available for both interior and exterior custom palettes. They can be found under the sections on the left hand side of the shop's home page.

What is the timeline for Custom Palettes?

The timeline for my custom palette projects is largely dependent on client responsiveness during the process but generally take about 3-5 business days.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, I do not offer refunds for packages that have already been downloaded. However, if you are unhappy with the palette for any reason, please reach out to me and I will work to find a solution that will satisfy you. If you have not downloaded the palette I am happy to fully refund your purchase.

Do you offer interior design services?

I am a licensed and NCIDQ certified interior designer with over a decade of experience in commercial, residential, hospitality and restaurant design. I offer design consultations through my Etsy shop but I am happy to discuss any size interiors project with you and can offer those services through my design firm.

Will your palettes coordinate with my specific paint color?

Send me a DM on Etsy with the paint color you have in mind and I will let you know which of my palettes either contain or coordinate with that color. I have a wide range of palettes that can accommodate most any paint color.
