Each towel is not pre-washed before being sent out. Due to people being picky with the laundry detergent these days, this is why. I highly suggest before use, pre-wash your towels! I didn’t expect Kuchi Kopi to be so small compared to the size of the hand towel, but it’s adorable and will fit in with my Bob’s Burgers bathroom perfectly! The towel itself feels nice and seems durable. Shipping was excellent and speedy! I got it only two days after I placed my order.

Buyer did not respond to my DMs, after leaving this feedback. They never once brought it to my attention before, during or after the transaction. Secondly, my Kuchi Kopi towel is a decorative, embroidered hand towel with the design measuring at 3.75" inches. It's one of my largest designs. I'm not sure what the buyer expected since they refused to contact me after leaving this feedback. I stand by my customer service. I would of refunded the customer if they truly were unhappy with the size of the design. Yet they didn't respond once...
