Q: What size pillow should I order for my pillow cover?
A: If you order covers from Sunny Slope Farm, please order the SAME cover and pillow size. Our covers are made to fit our pillow inserts and we make all the adjustments for you. For example, if you are ordering a 20x20 pillow cover, please order a 20x20 pillow insert.
Q: How long will my inserts last?
A: Our inserts can last for as many as ten or more years, depending on your use. A great way to plump up your pillows is to put them in the dryer on delicate cycle for about 15 minutes. I typically do this one to two times a year.
Q: How do you ship the inserts?
A: We ship our inserts by USPS parcel mail or UPS ground.
Q: Do you ship internationally or to Hawaii and Alaska?
A: We can ship anywhere in the world. We charge a flat rate for shipping that covers most orders. We will refund postage overage or request more payment depending on shipping cost, which is dependent on the quantity and size you order as well as your location. If you would like a shipping quote, please convo us and provide us with your address and what you want to order.
Q: What does a "decorative" pillow mean in your description? Can I sleep on a king "decorative" pillow?
A: We recommend our decorative pillows for decorative use only and not for sleeping on. We provide standard, queen, king, and euro decorative pillows that can be used for shams and top pillow bed dressing.
