HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASED FILES?

After ETSY processes your payment, all the print files would be delivered electronically. You would receive an email with a link to download these files. You could also access the print files by visiting your ETSY profile > Purchases and Reviews. Direct Link: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases

HOW DO I PRINT THE FILES?

There are a range of options, from large department style stores such as Walgreens, Walmart, Officeworks etc as well as places like FedEx, Kinkos and Staples. Online printers such as SnapFish are also an option. Smaller dedicated print and frame shops often offer the best quality. Many of these places have a website that allows for uploading them and having them posted out or you can pop in with your files on a USB drive.

WHAT IS THE BEST PAPER TO PRINT?

Heavy, matte photo paper works great for all of our prints. Glossy Paper or Cardstock Paper is also a great option for colored artwork. Most printing services have these type of papers available. Make sure you ask them and they will be able to help you.

CAN I HAVE A PRINT SIZE THAT IS NOT LISTED?

If you need a different size, then purchase the existing listing and just drop us a message with your size requirement. We will happily email you the same for no extra charge!
