Rocks are waterproof and may be used outside in temperatures above freezing. Clean with a damp cloth.

Antique metal pieces will continue to rust in the presence of water. Rusting will flake off and the paint will come with. For longevity, I recommend only indoor use. Clean with a dry cloth.

Galvanized tin will not rust. Clean with a damp cloth.

Bones are treating with only hydrogen peroxide, which will lighten and clean them. Any remaining color is from the bone being outside in the ground as these are not bleached by the sun. Dust can settle on the bone over time and can be cleaned off with soap and some scrubbing. It will not settle on the art itself as this part is no longer porous. Not recommended for outdoor use.

Orders within Canada will go lettermail if they are flat. They will not have tracking unless upgraded to parcel. They take 4-5 business days to deliver.

Orders to the USA will go small packet airmail unless completely flat, which will then go as lettermail. This does not have tracking unless it is upgraded. This'll take 7-10 business days. There doesn't tend to be any delays at customs nor any dues or tariffs.

Orders internationally will go small packet airmail. It will take 4-6 weeks for delivery but can take longer. Faster times with tracking are only available for hefty shipping fees if one is willing. We cannot be responsible for any dues or tariffs upon arrival in the destination country as this is illegal.

All stones are described to the best of our ability. If they are locally sourced, it will be noted.

All bones are locally and ethically sourced from Last Mountain Lake. They will be identified as to the animal of origin to the best of our ability.

Metals may contain nickel.

All packing materials are recycled when possible. Business cards included and, if it seems that the items are all gifts for separate individuals, I will include extra.

Paper invoices are not included. Pricing must be declared on customs forms on the outside of the package (thus, your gift recipient may see this).
