COVID19 ALERT: Due to the current situation international shipping might be delayed and orders shipping outside Europe can take over 30 days to arrive. Please factor this in before ordering!!!!!

BREXIT ALERT: From July 2021 all orders to Europe will face significant delays (up to 1 or 2 months) and will pay for customs on your country. Each country has different customs prices so please consult your prices on your country before buying. Bear in mind that your parcel will take up to two months to arrive depending on your customs office. Keep that in mind.

Import duties: customs charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Your country's customs office can offer assistance in determining any additional costs to you.

Shipping method: I always send my items with non signed and without tracking number via Royal Mail UK, if you want to use signed or tracked shipping please ask me for the price.

I will ship your order as soon as possible after I receive the confirmation of payment. The item will be shipped carefully packaged for a perfect delivery in the time specified on the listing.

All buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes or receiving fees (if any) incurred. Import duties, customs charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Your country's customs office can offer assistance in determining any additional costs to you.

Shipping time: In high activity periods (Christmas, national holidays, summer holidays...) some delays might happen. In these periods I'll try my best to send the items as soon as possible but normally the deliveries arrive a bit later in this period due to high activity.

Normally (non-peak periods only) all my orders to USA takes around 2 weeks to arrive. For Europe it usually takes 1-2 weeks and Canada or Australia and New Zeland is 1-3 weeks. For Latinoamerica it takes more than 4 weeks because of the customs. Please visit royalmail.com to inform you the delivery time it requires to arrive your parcel to your country before buying.

I will ship to the address mentioned on your Etsy receipt, so please make sure it is your address to avoid mistakes. If You want the package be shipped to the other address, please write me a note or send me a private message.

DIGITAL ITEMS: Digital patterns don't have to pay for shipping cost.

The safety eyes, noses and joints and some small beads are not recommended for children's without supervision. Even if the eyes are safety eyes, it can happen that they might slip out of your finished piece if the gap where you install them is too big.

Also, some of my eyes (like 4mm or 6mm blue/brown) don't have stretch marks and because of that the washers on these eyes sit a bit loosely on the back of the eye. So we recommend securing them with a piece of yarn or cloth inside or hard glue the washer when you secure the eye to make sure they are attached to your piece.

Please email me for custom orders.
