Q: Can you send my order directly to the recipient as a gift?

Absolutely! Just leave their name and address at checkout. I don't include prices in the parcel, and you can add a printed message if you'd like. I will seal the envelope for you - if you would like me to add any name to the front, just message me.

Can I personalise the card?

Yes – most cards and all poem prints can be personalised with names, relationships, or sign-offs (like “Love Mummy x” or “From All of Us”). Just include your details in the box at checkout. You can also choose to add a name, age or date to some of the cards.

What size are the cards and what is the quality of materials?

Our cards are all 150mm x 150mm square or 6in x 6in Cards are printed on high-quality textured laid card with a premium coloured or Kraft ribbed envelope. All items are packaged in ‘Do Not Bend’ envelopes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Q: Are your poems original?

Yes — every poem is an original piece written by me, Helen Walters. Please don’t reproduce or copy the poems, as they are protected by copyright. Thank you for supporting handmade creativity!

Cards are despatched by Royal Mail - the default postage is 2nd class post but you have the option in the dropdown menu to change this to 1st class post. These are subject to Royal Mail efficiency and not tracked services. Our A4 Unframed Poem Prints are despatched by tracked 24hr delivery.

Can I give this poem card instead of a traditional gift?

Yes. Many customers choose to frame their card and send it as a personalised gift or sentimental present and if required, you can send this directly to the recipient as a gift.

Is this a meaningful gift for my dad/mum/son/daughter/grandparent?

Our cards are unique and have a thoughtful and sentimental verse on the front. Our heartfelt poems aim to send the gift of loving words to the family we love.

Are the cards suitable for a milestone birthday?

Yes. Our range of cards suit all the big birthdays, 16th 18th 21st 40th 50th 60th 70th 80th 90th

Would this card work as a keepsake for a milestone birthday or anniversary?

Yes, we cater for all occasions! Birthday, Anniversary, Christmas, New Baby, Christening, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Religious Holidays, Weddings, Engagements, With Sympathy, Thank you cards, Graduation and Exam Success.

What if I have a problem with my order?

I respond to messages within a couple of hours normally, so if there are any issues with your order, just message me and I will endeavour to fix it for you. FAQ 1: Do you accept returns? We do accept returns if there is a problem with the order, please contact me within 30 days. FAQ 2: Can I cancel or edit my order? You can cancel within 12 hours if we haven’t started production. Just message me ASAP and I’ll do my best to help. FAQ 3: My item arrived damaged — help! Oh no! Please send me a message and a clear photo. I’ll sort a replacement or refund straight away.
