Custom orders are currently closed.

If for any reason you need to cancel, please contact me immediately. I ship items out the next day usually, but sometimes they will ship out the same day. Therefore, if you cancel your order after it has already shipped, I will not be able to issue a refund until I receive the item back into my possession and in it's original condition. The postage and package insurance fees that were paid by me will be the responsibility of the buyer and those costs will not be refunded. If the item arrives not in it's original state as when mailed by me, a refund will not be issued. It is to your benefit to include package insurance when mailing the item back to me as that can cover your cost of the item should it become damaged/lost during transit.

Any personal information shared by you will not be shared by me to any third parties.

Where is my package? What happens now?

I provide tracking and package insurance as a complementary service with all orders. The tracking link can be found in your Etsy account under purchases and order info. Please note that the estimated date of when you will receive your package is not a guaranteed arrival time. Once I ship the package and it is in possession of the postal service, I am not able to control when it will arrive. Occasionally, packages may be a day or so late due to postal service issues, especially around the holidays. If your package has still not arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please contact me so we can proceed with opening a case with USPS so that you may be reimbursed for your order. I will be here to help.

Is your jewelry made with real copper?

Yes — I only use genuine copper, never plated or imitation metals.

Will copper change color over time?

Yes, copper naturally darkens and develops a patina. Unless otherwise stated in the listing info, all of my pieces are chemically oxidized and then I apply a specialized metal sealant to add a protective barrier, but this layer will eventually wear down. It doesn't not prevent the copper from more patina, but can slow down the natural process.

Can copper cause skin reactions?

Copper is a reactive metal, so depending on your skin chemistry it may leave a temporary mark or cause irritation. This is completely normal for real copper and not harmful, but it isn’t the best fit for everyone with metal sensitivities.
