I had to call multiple times. My holster got delayed because someone, somewhere, said UPS could not deliver to my PO BOX. So after coming all the way from Turkey, it got held up 20 miles away from me. I called until I got hold of a live operator, changed my mailing address. Finally. People are difficult to talk to, understand, third world country speak.
