In case you ordered the wrong size and the necklace needs to be re-adjusted, I will be happy to do that but buyer is responsible for resizing/adjustment fee and reshipping fee.

When you order for example size 6.5"- 8", the finished size of the necklace will be 8" and so on. Make sure to measure your pet's neck before placing your order and in case you are interested in smaller, or in between sizes please leave me a note at the checkout.

Measure your pet's neck with a soft tape measure where the collar normally sits and allow 1 to 2 fingers room, for the collar to move freely but not too loose. The necklace should not hang loose so your dog can chew on it.

This pet necklace is meant to be used as ornamental jewelry only and it is not an everyday pet collar.

Note: Make sure to supervise your pet while wearing fashion jewelry! This pet collar necklace is for special occasions only and not intended nor suitable to replace a regular, everyday pet collar.
