Why do files come in a compressed folder (.zip) ?

All file types come in a compressed file (.zip) so you'll need to Unzip/extract your download to get the SVGs and other file types included. Esty doesn't allow us to upload files that are more than 20mbs, so when selling bundles or any other files that are larger then 20mbs, we compress them into a zip file which is the best way to decrease the size and keep the functionality of the file. In this store we provide 5 types of files for each design (Pdf, svg, dxf, png and eps) with variations, more variations mean larger size. So yes, all of the listings come in a zip file. I've downloaded my file but I can't find the SVG?

Please make sure to extract/unzip the downloaded file, the actual SVGs that you gonna use in Cricut design space should be inside organized by folder.

How to Unzip/Extract a .zip file?

How to download my order?

Please make sure to use a browser to access the download, you can't do it on the app. *to download your files please: 1- Log in to your Etsy account. 2- Click on “You” (top right) 3- Choose “Purchases and reviews” 4- Find the order. Click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order) 5- The file will go to your “Downloads” folders.

Can I download files from my iPhone/iPad?

Yes, But you'll need to use a browser! You can't access your files on the Etsy app.

I don't have a PayPal account, Is there another payment option?

YES, you can pay by credit card without a PayPal account and without registering with PayPal.
