To ensure a perfect fit, please measure your current binders and inserts prior to purchasing. We highly recommend reviewing the exact dimensions and detailed reference photos provided in this listing.

Custom Orders & Requests
We love creating custom pieces! If you would like an existing design resized to fit your binder, or if you want a completely customized dashboard tailored to your specific needs, please message us before purchasing so we can discuss your request.

Order Changes and Cancellations
We gladly accept order changes or cancellations, provided that your order has not yet entered production or been shipped. Because our items are custom made-to-order, processing often begins quickly after purchase. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order is being processed or has shipped, no changes or cancellations can be accommodated.

Address Verification
Orders are shipped strictly to the address provided at checkout. Because shipping details cannot be altered after an order is placed, please verify your address before completing your purchase. We are unable to offer refunds or reshipments for deliveries sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and include tracking. Domestic transit typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your delivery location.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, exact delivery dates and times are beyond our control. On rare occasions, shipments may experience carrier rerouting or transit delays. Because we cannot manage postal operations or how packages are handled by USPS, we kindly ask for your patience during carrier delays.

Important Note on Express Shipping
Please note that selecting Express Shipping upgrades your transit speed with the carrier, but it does not alter our standard production timeline. We process all orders on a strict first-come, first-served basis to remain fair to all customers. Upgrading your shipping method ensures that your package will arrive faster after it has been dispatched from our studio.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Please use this number to monitor your delivery status.

Delayed Shipments ("In Transit")
If your tracking status remains "In Transit" without movement for several days, your package may be delayed at a distribution facility. Once a shipment is accepted by the United States Postal Service (USPS), we have access to the same tracking information as you. For the most accurate and efficient updates, please contact USPS Customer Service directly at 1 (800) 275-8777.

Missing Shipments ("Delivered" Status)
If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please allow an additional 24 to 72 hours, as carrier statuses can occasionally update prematurely. If the package does not arrive within this window, please contact USPS directly. They can utilize GPS tracking data to verify the exact delivery location. If the issue remains unresolved after contacting the carrier, please reach out to us directly via messages so we can assist you with the next steps.

Damaged or Damaged-in-Transit Items
Every item is carefully inspected prior to shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Your message must include clear photographs of each damaged item, as well as the original shipping package or mailer. Please note that we are not liable for packages mishandled by the carrier. For items damaged during transit, please contact USPS directly to file a damaged mail claim.

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer standard returns or exchanges, and personalized or custom items are strictly non-returnable. If you experience a genuine quality issue, please contact us first within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a store credit or exchange.
