I accept returns and exchanges for non personalized/non custom items if you contact me within 3 days of delivery and return the item within 7 days of delivery. Any allowed returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in new, re-sellable condition. Custom orders and personalized items are not returnable. Original shipping costs are not refunded. I do not make refunds for items that are returned by USPS due to incorrect address. Sometimes customers input the wrong address or there is an old address on file with Etsy. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.
