I am in love with this necklace! My mom passed away & I wanted to give this to my niece for her graduation so my mom could be with her. I gave it to her last night & she was in tears. The quality is beautiful as well. There was an issue with shipping, but to no fault of the shop owner. It was a usps issue. Even so, the shop owner was prompt in responding to messages and willing to replace the item as I had not received it with the other necklace I purchased. Luckily, it arrived the very next day! I reached out to let her know. She was kind & professional in all my interactions. Because of her excellent customer service, I will be ordering from her again and you should too!
