this is an absolutely gorgeous pattern structurally. i was also so impressed by the level of detail that went into explanations and the extra suggestions, things like "make sure you weave your ends in now before you have access to them" tips like that are not 100% necessary for a pattern to be good in my eyes, so i think it's extra kind for the creator to include them. it makes the experience of crocheting soooo much better and stress free. i was set on making mine with a yarn i could not get the correct gauge with, so i had to add a few rows and adjust the flower cuff accordingly for the new number of stitches, so please take that into account when looking at my photo. i look forward to making another one accurately with the right supplies. :)
It took me a while to get around to actually making this pattern but I’m so glad I finally did. This pattern was very well written. I did do the entire main hood in BLO instead of FLO but that was totally user error, and by the time I realized my mistake I just couldn’t be bothered to start over. I’ve been crocheting for a while now but had never done anything like the flower motif, so it was a fun challenge! I love how my hood came out. Really amazing pattern!!
This is a beautiful pattern with lots of photos. I love that the recommended yarn is Noro Kureyon. I'm just about to start on it! It would be fun to try it with other types of yarn, too!!
Love the hood downloaded the pattern sent it to my daughter to print for me and it disappeared can’t find it anywhere I hope I didn’t loose it I’ll ask the kids to help me find it not good on all this downloading stuff I hope if I lost it I don’t have to purchase it again I have my confirmation receipt love to crochet but hate this computer stuff
