Earleah Plantation Vintage Glass presents a Set of Four 6” Bowls in the Desert Rose Pattern made by Franciscan. The bowls are in very good condition with no chips or cracks but do have some minor crazing. All four bowls have the same decorator's mark on the back "30". Franciscan marked the smaller items with the decorator's number in 1963.

When ordering from my shop you will receive a tracking number for your package. I submit any lost packages claims on my end. However, if your package tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim your package was not received, you will need to fill a claim at your local post office.

Damages: Each order is carefully inspected prior to shipping and I pack your purchase with great care to get it to you safely. With that being said, I expect you will inspect your order the day of delivery. If an item does arrive damaged, please message me right away and include some photos. I will promptly issue a refund for items that were obviously damaged in shipping. I ship most fragile items with insurance. If you receive a damaged item, please keep all pieces and all packing materials to include the box, as I will need photos of these to submit the claim. You will not need to wait for any claims to process. I send refunds for damaged items right away and deal with the claims later. However, I do not refund shipping charges.

What to do if you receive a damaged item:
1. Don't throw anything away, keep the box and the packing materials.
2. Take photos of the item and condition of the shipping box and email or text them to me.
3. Even if you don't have photos yet, send me an email right away. (I reserve the right to not issue a refund if I am not notified of damages the day the package was delivered).
4. Don't alter the item or try to repair it yourself, unless you intend on keeping it.
5. You'll hear back from me quickly and we will get everything worked out.

Payment

Earleah Vintage Glass accepts PayPal and credit cards through Etsy Direct Checkout. I do not have access to your form of payment such as credit card number.

Shipping

All Small Items are shipped priority mail unless otherwise noted. I ship within two business days of your cleared payment. Priority mail usually takes 2 - 3 business days. If you require expedited shipping let me know, and I'll be happy to work with you.
