-Number of people

-Style and background
Style 1: No facial details at all
Style 2: Includes lips and eyebrows
Style 3: All facial details

With background = Background similar to original photo.
No background = Solid color background

-Specify the number or your favorite plain colors under “Personalization” if you prefer a solid color background.

2. Please send me your photo to colorsandportraits@hotmail. com or via messages in Etsy.
The photo must be in high-resolution so I can zoom in to see any details that you wish to have in the final portrait. If you are not sure, just send it to me and I will let you know if I need any extra reference photos.

♦Delivery method:

Time: 1 business day. You can change anything until you are 100% satisfied with the final result.
You will receive 3 JPEG files 5000 x 4000 pixels with different backgrounds in your email with a resolution of 300 dpi.

You can change the photo you want for the drawing only if the artist has not started with the drawing yet. If the artist has already started working on your order or if the drawing is already done, you cannot ask for a different photo.

Take your time selecting the photo you want for the drawing, once the drawing is done, you can’t ask for a new drawing from a different photo for the same price. You would have to make a new order for a new drawing.

Yes, you can ask for any modifications up to 2 times in the same drawing after you have received the drawing in your email.

Backgrounds. If you want a background similar to the original photo but you have selected a solid color when you placed your order, you would have to pay an additional fee for the background similar to the original photo.

Adding facial features. If you have paid for a drawing with no facial features but you want to upgrade it and add facial features. You will have to pay for an additional fee.

You have one month to request any changes, after that the original files will be removed and the only copies available will be the ones sent to your email.
