What is the shipping method and how long does it take?

All orders are shipped via Fedex Priority or DPD, please provide your phone number and email address for courier, it won't be use in any other way. Can be delays due to COVID-19 situations and customs clearance in US

What if I recived damaged item?

Each order is well packed, wraped in few layers of paper and eco bubble wrap, and we do our best to send your item in a perfect condition. But as it is a fragile stained glass item, damage may occure en route. If the item arrives broken, please contact me within 48 hours with a photos of any damages. I will send you another one as soon as possible after receiving a photo. If you notice that package is damaged please send me a photo before opening it - it will be helpful with courier's reclamation case.

What if I wasn't home and I wasn't able to pick up the package from Pickup Point neither? Do you give me my money back?

Yes, I will give you your money back for product minus the return shipping fee and all customs costs. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
