When will my order ship?

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the time of day you place your order, it may take up to 2-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities.

When will my order arrive?

Domestic orders normally arrive within 3-7 business days of shipping. Once an order has shipped, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control (regional/federal holidays, weather, labor strikes, etc.). We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives and we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

I only received one/some items even though I ordered multiple ones, where’s the rest of my order?

Sometimes items are shipped separately please allow a couple of days to receive your order. You can always send me a message if you have any questions.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, all sales are final. - No refunds/exchanges will be issued due to ordering the wrong size. - No refunds/exchanges will be issued if you entered the wrong delivery address. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed the correct address. If there’s an issue with your order (damage during transit, misprinted, defective or fading after 1st wash) please send us a picture showing the issue within 30 days of the order date. No refund or exchange will be made without a picture during the 30 day period.

This unisex heavy blend crewneck sweatshirt is made from 50% cotton and 50% polyester. It has ribbed knit collars to bolster shaping even after washing. There are no itchy side seams on this sweater. The weight is 8oz (271.25g).

Machine wash with cold water inside out, do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not iron directly on the design. Cool tumble dry or hang dry to prolong the sweatshirt life.
