✦ You MUST send any misprints or discrepancies within 14 days of delivery date for a replacement. We can not return or send replacements after this window.
✧ Our system does not allow for any changes to be made once an item has been submitted for production. So once your order is submitted, it is confirmed and created as requested in the order.
✦ ALL SALES ARE FINAL, I'm not able to accept order cancellations, exchanges, or refunds after item is sent for production.
✧ We put wash care instructions in listing photo & description so we will not replace/ refund if you damage or fade your items as well as sizing and color chart.

✦ Production usually takes 2-4 days and shipping time takes 2-7 business days.
✧ We do not offer express shipping but reach out to us if you need something quickly, we will do our best to get it printed and shipped out to you in a reasonable time frame.
✦ We are not responsible for items going to the wrong address and not able to change address once item is in production. As a result, we charge $9 dollars for any reshipment of items for return to sender or incorrect address, please be sure to review your address before placing an order. Items will not be sent back out until the reship fee is paid.
✧ Shipping times for international orders take 1-9 days longer than original items due to customs and depending on country.
