Awful experience with the attempt to return the item. I’ve gotten the return address and have payed a lot of money for sending it back but it has not been collected from the post by the seller and was returned to me. In the end I’ve gotten no reimbursement and have only made extra costs. Never by anything from this shop!

I love this hat! The design and quality are just wonderful. The pattern makes me smile and it’s so toasty warm. The seller helped with sizing info and was right, perfect fit. I couldn’t be happier. Arrived 10 days early as well.

These are absolutely wonderful gloves. The quality is great and the pattern is so lovely and pretty. They fit really well and are so warm. I have Raynaud’s disease and these keep my hands toasty. You won’t regret it, I want more!
