All of our items can be personalized. We provide personalization at no cost to you. Indicate your text/initials etc. in the personalization box before you place the order. We will provide mockups to choose from within 24 hours. Please, keep in mind if you order a fully personalized item with some graphics that we do not have or your personalized logo, it might take a bit longer (up to 7-10 business days) to produce the item from scratch according your needs. We do provide FREE USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING with a tracking number included on the house. Please, consider that USPS do not scan every other package we drop at the location. After we drop the package, it is out of our hands to control the delivery process. We are not responsible for delays due to USPS.
The package may stay in pre-transit status if it misses the initial scan while being in hands of USPS.

SHIPMENT TRACKING - Upon initiation of the shipping process, tracking information will be provided to you.
