Why shipping T-Shirt Yarn is more expensive than shipping other items in your shop?

The weight of Maccaroni T-Shirt Yarn is between 1.9 - 2.00 lb per roll depending on the thickness of the fabric used to make it. Also, depending on the part of the country where is going to be shipped price may vary. To my customers please don't hesitate to buy the T-Shirt Yarn because you think shipping is too expensive, rest assured that if shipping overages were charged I will send you a refund as soon as I confirmed the real price of your shipping order.

Do you refund shipping overages and if you do how much will it be to be to refund it?

No matter the cost 15 minutes after posting your tracking number your shipping overages if any will it be refunded.

Do you sell in person ?

Yes. If you live in NYC or visiting the city and prefer to pay and pick up your order in person, this option is available ,just send me a message and I will provide you with an address and telephone number for better communication.In person sells will have the same form of payment as etsy and cash will be also accepted

EXCHANGES If you are not satisfied with your merchandise and would like to exchange it,just contact me ,please make sure to send it back in the same condition you received it (you will be responsible for shipping cost. RETURNS If by the time your order is delivered to you ,you are not satisfied with your purchase feel free to send a message letting me know and as soon the merchandise arrived at my location you will receive a refund.

Your packages are shipped Monday- Saturday and if by any mishap USPS is having an issue or your package is delayed, I will do everything possible so you can get your package, allow few extra days and if 10 days has pass from your delivery day you are allow to ask for a refund.
