All items are handmade, made to order, and often personalized for your event or holiday!

If there is a design flaw or an issue with your handmade item due to Seven Pomp’s Embroidery, please contact me within 48 hours as it is important to me that you are happy with your purchase!

"We don't want you to miss an important date, so please order ahead of time as refunds will not be issued if your item has shipped as scheduled but is not delivered in time for your special occasion. ~ Any packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, provided by the buyer, are subject to a re-mailing charge. This charge must be paid by the buyer, prior to your package being re-shipped.

Because we offer a variety of items, the size of the item should be listed within the listing description or listing photos of each item.

If various sizes are available, a size chart will be listed in the listing photos in addition to sizing options in the drop down menu to the right of the photo listings.

Thank you for asking. In order to avoid shipping delays and to ensure your order is shipped out in a timely manner, we do not offer design proofs at this time.

We do ask though, that you double check the spelling and punctuation as all orders are designed based on the information provided by the buyer at checkout!

Before washing garment, turn garment inside out. Wash in cold water only. DO NOT USE SOFTENERS!, DO NOT USE BLEACH! Hang dry or tumble dry on low only.
