PLEASE NOTE

- Tassels are NOT assembled. They require 15-20 minutes to assemble each kit of 5 tassels.
- 36 inch ( when fully inflated) Please note that they float longer when you use high float solution with helium, you can go to a professional party store to fill them up!
- Balloons arrive flat and need to be filled with helium on the day of your event to float.

+ For multicolor tails please add extra tassels to your order! For 3 colors you will have 15 tassels to assemble, each color will have 5 pieces.
