PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Please note that all products which require customization are made to order. Therefore, we need adequate time to customize and finish the product for you. Depending on workload, we need 1 to 5 business days to finish an order. Regular domestic delivery time will then vary within 2-6 business days so please make sure to place your order ahead of time, allowing about 1-2 weeks from order to delivery. For international customers, delivery times will vary within 7-31 business days depending on Customs procedures and destination country.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note that all signage is made as close as possible to the shown sample photos including noted print size, fonts, capitalization, and layout. If you have specific preferences about any of these options, please explain and provide instructions along with the text for customization at the time of purchase. For instance, if design sample shows the names written in lower case (ex. david & meghan ) the board will be engraved that way regardless of whether you typed "David & Meghan", unless you add a note saying that you wish to have the names with capital letters.
