What kind of fabric do you use?

Supporting traditional weavers and small artisan communities is at the heart of my brand. Many of the fabrics I use are sourced from local markets or directly from small-scale producers in Thailand. Because these materials often come from traditional or limited-production sources, the exact fiber content is not always labeled. However, they typically include natural fibers such as cotton or hemp, and may sometimes be blended with polyester. Each fabric is chosen for its unique texture and aesthetic, making every piece special in its own way.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time for standard shipping is typically 10-17 working days after order processing. Express option is available for faster delivery in 3-7 days. A tracking number is provided for all shipments. However, please note that customs procedures or adverse weather conditions may cause unexpected delays in delivery.

Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?

Etsy automatically collects and remits VAT, GST, or sales tax at checkout for many countries, including the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, and others where such regulations apply. If you're located in one of these regions, you should not need to pay any additional duties or taxes upon delivery. However, for countries where Etsy does not currently handle tax collection, your local customs office may charge import duties or additional fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you're unsure.

Return-Exchange-Refund

We offer a simple and easy return or exchange policy within 30 days of delivery. Simply send us a message with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will contact you to confirm the return address and provide further instructions. Please note that we do not refund taxes and shipping charges for returns. If you choose to exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping costs in both directions. However, if the item was damaged, we will issue a full refund, including shipping charges. Please attach a screenshot or photo to support your claim.

The processing time of your order is 3-5 days. This is because we take pride in not mass producing our products, but rather handcrafting each one with individual care and attention to detail to ensure that each piece is made perfectly for our customers. We believe in taking the time to make sure each product is of the highest quality, ensuring that each customer is satisfied with their purchase.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we do accept custom orders. We can make some modifications to our existing designs, such as selecting different linings, adding longer straps, creating special dimensions for pockets, or offering alternate colors. Please note that customizing the overall dimensions of the bags may incur additional charges. While we don't create entirely new models of bags, if you have a specific idea in mind, please feel free to reach out to us directly. Our team is always eager to help bring your vision to life.
